| Our factory located in ShenZhen city of Guang Dong P.R.,China,and was founded in 1995. |
| 2. What is your main business lines? |
| We specialize in producing DVD Case, CD Jewel Case, Small PP Case,Digi CD/DVD Tray, HD-DVD Case,Blu-Ray DVD Case,CD wallets, Plastic CD sleeve,Self-adhesive CD Hub,CD paper sleeve,and other media packing solutions. We are also responsible for the Marketing and Sales of Blank Media and Mouse Pads , such as CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R and DVD-RW , Mouse Pads and Audio Tapes which are produced by our related associate companies and long-term partners. |
| 3.What is your quality standard for your products? |
| Our quality standard is ISO9001:2001, we passed ISO9001 in 2001. |
| 4.How can I get your samples,and do you have any charge for samples? |
|
We supply samples to all our clients for free,but new clients should pay for freight charge by themselves.
There are 3 ways for you to get our samples:
1.) you can tell us your DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT account no. for freight charge recollect.
2.) you can contact your local international courier,and ask them to collect samples from us directly;
3.) you can pay us the freight charge by t.t. in advance, and after receive your payment, we will arrange samples immediately. |
| 5. What is your minimum order quantity? |
| Our minimum order quantity for DVD Case is a full 40 foot standard container,accept severial mixing items. For CD case is a full 20 foot standard container. |
| 6.What is your payment terms? |
We accept following payment
1)T.T. 30% deposit when confirming order, 70% balance before shipment.
2) L/C |
| 7.How do you delivery goods to us and where is your loading port? |
| We will delivery goods to you by sea. Our main loading port is Shen Zhen,China, there are two loading ports in Shenzhen: Yan Tian, She Kou . If you are in urgent need of some cargo in buck,air shipment available. |
| 8.How long is your lead time of CD Case and DVD Case after order confirmed? |
| Usually, after receipt deposit, we will take 10-15 days for finish production. |
| 9.Can you supply Certificate of Origin? |
| Yes, we can supply you "Certificate of Origin", "CO" or "Form A" both available. |
| 10.What is your production capacity? |
| Our monthly capacity of DVD Case is 12 million pieces, CD Jewe Case 8 million pieces, OPP Sleeve & PP Sleeve 80 million pieces, CD Paper Envelope 50 million pieces. |
| 11.Where is your main market? |
| More than 95% of our outputs are for exporting. Currently our main market is USA, Europe, Japan,Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada,Middle East, South Africa some asian countries. |
